How to use Electronic Rules of Court (offline copy)

- Download the eROC2006.chm file to your machine
- Launch eROC2006.chm.

(1) A security update for Windows Vista® may block access to CHM files.
Windows Vista® security update blocks active content in CHM files to protect your system security. 

Solution: Run Windows Explorer, right-click on the CHM file, and select Properties from the popup menu. 
Click on the Unblock button on the General page. Click Apply to show the content. 
Once the CHM file has been unblocked, the Unblock button disappears. 


(2) Microsoft HTML help file format (.CHM) can only be viewed on Windows platforms. 
If you are a Mac user, you will need a CHM reader to view .CHM files in Macs.  There are few .CHM readers in the market such as chmox, xchm etc.
