Re-Appointment of Chao Hick Tin as Judge of Appeal of the Supreme Court
12 April 2010 - The President of the Republic of Singapore, acting in his discretion, and in concurrence with the advice of the Prime Minister, has re-appointed Mr Chao Hick Tin to sit as a Judge of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Singapore for a further period of 2 years, with effect from April 11, 2010. Justice Chao took his affirmation of office at the Istana this afternoon. |
