The Rules of Court are made in accordance with the provisions of the Supreme Court of Judicature Act and regulate and prescribe the procedure and practice to be followed, mainly in civil proceedings in the High Court and the Court of Appeal.
The Supreme Court has now launched the electronic Rules of Court (or “e-ROC”), a technological innovation which will provide greater convenience to court users.
The e-ROC will facilitate users’ reference to the Rules with its user-friendly features that include a subject matter index and digital search function. The e-ROC will be kept up-to-date with the latest amendments and users can also keep track of the chronology of amendments via a noter-up page found on the Supreme Court website.
Click here to access the e-ROC (web version).
Click here to download a copy of the e-ROC (chm version).
Click here to download a copy of the e-ROC (mobile version).
If you are using a Macintosh or Windows Vista (or higher) system, and encounter problems accessing the electronic Rules of Court (“the e-ROC”) after downloading a copy, please click here for assistance.
(Note: There may be time lapse on keeping the mobile version to the latest, please refer to the web version for the latest updates)
We welcome your feedback on the e-ROC. Please send your comments here. |
